By accessing or using CoinID ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

CoinID is a mobile application that uses image recognition technology to identify coins, provide historical information, and estimate potential collector value. The App is provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

Value Estimates

Value estimates provided by CoinID are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for buying, selling, or insurance purposes. Actual market values may vary significantly based on condition, market demand, and other factors.

Authentication

CoinID is NOT an authentication tool for determining whether coins are genuine or counterfeit. While we may identify coin types and features, the App should never be used as the sole method of authenticating coins. Always use professional authentication services for high-value transactions.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You may not share your account credentials with others

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
Interfere with the App's functionality or security
Use the App to facilitate counterfeiting or fraud
Scrape or harvest data from the App
Resell or redistribute App features without permission

Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by CoinID and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Prices may change with notice before your next billing period
Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COINID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
